Job Title: SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE
Reports to: Business Development Manager
Location: Office Position
Type: Full Time, 6 Days a week
Travel Required: Yes
MAJOR ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Experience in drafting detailed Risk Assessments, Security Plans, and mitigation plans.
Dealing with Multi-National Organization. KYC (Know Your Customer) identifies and evaluates customer needs.
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
Ensure the availability of services, training, sales, and demonstrations.
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
Analyze and create a plan for engaging the target market
Analyze the competition to create a plan for engagement.
Demonstrate superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines.
Monthly and weekly management reporting on all opportunities and evaluations.
QUALIFICATIONS.
Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, communications, or related field is preferred.
10 years of experience. (In high-risk areas like Africa, Asia, or Iraq)
Certified Sales Professional (CSP) certification is advantageous.
Proven sales experience.
Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
