- Acquisition of properties for sale and rent
- Perform comparative market analysis to provide advice on property value
- Providing customers with assistance throughout the entire sales process
- Prepare necessary documentation to complete transactions
- Sales and marketing activities
- Continue to develop network to become an area specialist in your community
- Keep up to date with market trends and best practices
- Full Marketing support online & offline. Premium accounts with Property Finder, Dubizzle, Bayut and Lead generation is our focal point
- Ongoing training provided by our Rekaz team and external partners
- Strong administrative support
- Access to user-friendly CRM software
- Professional Photographers for your properties
- Competitive commission structure
- Minimum 1 year Real Estate experience is a must
- Strong negotiation skills - experience in offering expert customer service
- Ability to work independently with great dedication
- Must be presentable, have a professional attitude and like to work as part of a large team
- Must have a valid UAE driver\xe2\x80\x99s license
