Regional Senior Sales Executive - Corporate Banking Solutions (Dubai)

We are hiring for one of the world's top FinTech innovators, supporting Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks across the GCC with next-gen digital banking platforms. This strategic sales role is focused on selling Corporate Banking Solutions.
? Key Role Information:
Location: Dubai, UAE
Coverage: GCC Market
Language Requirement: Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory
Type: Individual Contributor
Client: Global FinTech Leader
? What You'll Do:
Own the full sales cycle for Corporate Banking Software, from prospecting to closing strategic deals
Engage C-level stakeholders in regional banks, identifying their challenges and delivering tailored solutions
Work cross-functionally with pre-sales, delivery, and product teams to ensure seamless execution
Drive growth across a combination of new business and key account expansion
? Your Profile:
5-10 years of enterprise sales experience in FinTech / Banking / SaaS
Strong knowledge of Corporate Banking, Transaction Banking, or Trade Finance
Existing client relationships in Tier 1/Tier 2 Banks across GCC
Fluent Arabic and English speaker (must-have)
Experience selling solutions from any of the following:
nCino, Mambu, Temenos, Finastra, FIS, Infosys Finacle (Edgeverve), TCS BaNCS, Oracle FLEXCUBE, SAP Banking (SAP Fioneer), Q2 Software, Intellect Design Arena, Nucleus Software (FinnOne), Backbase, TurnKey Lender, Tuum (formerly Modularbank), CredoLab, LendFoundry, Zafin
Also, other companies cross - pollinating adjacent areas (especially where lending is part of the value proposition):
Trade Finance software companies (e.g., Surecomp), Digital onboarding/credit scoring platforms (e.g., Experian, CRIF, FICO), Core banking vendors with lending verticals, Local system integrators implementing these platforms in GCC (e.g., Intrasoft, Path Solutions)
Lending solution sales experience (Loan Origination, Digital Lending, Commercial Credit) is highly valued but not mandatory.
