Main Responsibilities and Requirements
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
Understand the market, customer and the competition. Develop territory, market penetration and sales execution strategies
Resolves any customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, making recommendations to management
Oversee project pipeline with MD to ensure the pipeline remains optimized for continuous business growth
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
Contacting prospective clients and building relationships with relevant decision makers
Managing complex and large tenders with the internal team
Reviewing business plans against actual results and then trying to determine reasons for any deviations
Evaluate results of the marketing programs and recommend, when and where appropriate, on changes deemed necessary
Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers
Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
Managing the post sales operations and making sure client is satisfied with the services.
Providing after sales maintenance services
Required Skills
A minimum of 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in sales (Middle East experience would be favourable)
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent years of work experience, technical discipline may be advantageous
IT literate and proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
