We are well known Corporate located in Abu Dhabi, biggest Car care showroom Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Arabic Senior Sales Executive Male & Female to join our dynamic sales team. Job Title: Senior Sales Executive. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships, and meeting revenue targets. You will play a crucial role in promoting our products or services to potential clients, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding our market presence. Responsibilities: 1. Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve company sales targets. Analyze market trends, identify potential customers, and explore new business opportunities. 2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and prospects. Understand their needs, provide appropriate solutions, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. 3. Sales and Revenue Generation: Drive sales growth by proactively pursuing leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets. 4. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences. Utilize this information to refine sales strategies and adapt to changing market conditions. 5. Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align sales efforts and deliver comprehensive solutions to customers. Provide feedback to enhance product offerings and customer experience. 6. Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement, track performance against targets, and recommend actionable strategies. 7. Industry Networking: Build a strong professional network within the industry by attending conferences, trade shows, and industry events. Represent the company in a professional manner and promote our brand image. Requirements - Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a B2B, B2C environment. - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Executive, with at least 1 years in a senior sales role. - Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Exceptional customer relationship management abilities. - Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. - Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly. - Resilient, Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented. - Excellent presentation and persuasion skills.
