has partnered with a leading Manufacturing company who are hiring a Senior Sales Engineer to be based in Dubai.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Deliver annual sales, order intake, and margin targets for the General Industry segment.
Drive new business through structured prospecting, project tracking, and strategic account planning.
Manage the territory via regular customer visits, site surveys, and technical/commercial meetings.
Build strong relationships with consultants, end users, EPCs, OEMs, and distributors as a value-based solution partner.
Provide technical sales support for process pumps, industrial water, and O&G-related applications.
Execute pump selection, sizing, and system optimization using engineering and sizing tools.
Prepare technically compliant and commercially competitive offers in line with pricing and sales policies.
Support complex applications and tenders in coordination with product and competence teams.
Act as the technical interface from pre-order through manufacturing, delivery, installation, and commissioning.
Ensure customer satisfaction through cross-functional coordination, accurate SAP/CRM reporting, and continuous improvement.
