Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in assigned territories and sectors (Marine, Oil & Gas, Water, Wastewater, Industrial, Chemical and Other segments).
Meet or exceed the set Key Performance Indicators and Sales Objectives for short term, medium term and long term growth.
Analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate products and technical solutions from our portfolio (pumps, electrical & instrumentation products, Sustainability solutions, HSE services and other offering of company).
Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
Collaborate closely with engineering, project, management, and service teams at customers to develop business and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and service contracts.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
Participate in trade shows, technical seminars, and training sessions to stay updated on product developments and industry standards.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Identify and qualify potential customers through contacts, cold calls, networking.
Coordination with the principals we represent and add value creation to our partners.
