Senior Sales Engineer - MEP (Mechanical)
Job Location : UAE
Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue targets
  • Build, manage, and expand key client relationships using strong technical expertise
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and technical submittals
  • Conduct solution demonstrations and deliver consultative product positioning
  • Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry networking events
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
  • Coordinate with internal engineering and support teams for solution delivery
  • Maintain accurate CRM and sales pipeline records
  • Support post-tender negotiations and commercial follow-ups
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)
  • Minimum 6-8+ years combined experience in MEP technical sales in UAE
  • Minimum 6+ years UAE sales engineering experience (mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of HVAC, MEP systems, noise & vibration solutions
  • Ability to articulate complex technical solutions to clients clearly
  • Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Must be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE
  • Immediate availability to join
