- Senior Sales Engineer
Position: Senior Sales Engineer (Acoustic Installation)
Location: UAE
Reports to: Sales Director / Managing Director
Role Overview:
A senior role focused on high-value client acquisition, building key accounts, mentoring junior sales engineers, and closing complex projects with technical & commercial authority.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans for large-scale projects.
Build long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, and government agencies.
Mentor and coach junior sales engineers in client engagement and pipeline management.
Collaborate with Technical Engineer to ensure compliance with ISO, ASTM, BS, and local codes.
Lead negotiations for high-value contracts.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to recommend new strategies.
Represent the company at exhibitions, industry events, and seminars.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering.
5-8 years of proven sales experience in acoustics, building materials, or specialized MEP fields.
Strong track record of closing projects >AED 1M.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Well-networked with consultants/contractors in UAE.
UAE driving license required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
