Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in sales within the engineering sector, specializing in Electrical or Mechanical solutions. The role requires strong technical knowledge, business development skills, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Electrical or Mechanical engineering sector.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Provide technical expertise and support to clients regarding products and services.

Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals successfully.

Collaborate with the engineering and project teams to ensure successful project execution.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements:

B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

5-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction, MEP, or industrial sectors.

Strong technical knowledge in Electrical or Mechanical systems.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

Valid UAE driver's license and willingness to travel within the UAE.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in the UAE market with knowledge of local regulations and industry standards.

Previous experience in MEP, HVAC, Power Systems, or Automation sales.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
