Job Brief:

Our client is actively seeking a talented Senior Sales Engineer to enhance their dynamic team. As a pivotal member of our sales force, you will be instrumental in driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives, technical presentations, and effective client engagement.

Job Responsibilities:

- Achieve and surpass sales targets through strategic planning and execution.

- Conduct technical presentations to showcase product features and benefits.

- Engage with Main/MEP Contractors and Clients daily to facilitate follow-ups, negotiations, and successful order closures.

- Meet with 3-5 individuals daily to expand professional networks.

- Leverage strong contacts with MEP Contractors and Site Consultants.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

- Provide technical support to clients and address their inquiries.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

- Prepare and present detailed sales reports to management regularly.

- Actively participate in industry events and conferences to enhance the company\'s presence.

- Contribute to sales forecasting activities by providing valuable input on potential opportunities, market challenges, and customer demands.

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to share insights on customer preferences, helping enhance product development and positioning.

- Work closely with other departments, such as product development and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and alignment of business objectives.

Job Requirements:

- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

- Nationality: Indian or Sri Lankan.

- Minimum 5-8 years of experience, with a minimum of 4 years in the UAE/GCC region.

- Proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with Consultants and MEP Contractors.

- Self-starter, goal-oriented, and driven individual.

- Solid technical background with expertise in heating systems, boilers, and related power equipment.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Ability to build relationships quickly and effectively.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Must possess a valid UAE Driving License.
