About the Role

We are seeking an aggressive, results-driven

Senior Sales Engineer

with strong experience in Data Center solutions. The role will focus on driving sales for

Data Center Deep Cleaning services (ISO 14644 compliance)

and

Data Center Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)

across the UAE. This is a

hunter role

, requiring extensive market engagement, customer acquisition, and strong relationship-building with key industry stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will spend the majority of their time

on the ground

, actively identifying opportunities, meeting decision-makers, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

Drive new business acquisition for

Data Center Deep Cleaning (ISO 14644)

and

DC AMC services

.

Identify, engage, and develop strong relationships with

consulting engineers, design & build contractors, hyper scalers, and colocation operators

.

Act as a hunter sales professional, focusing on

prospecting, cold calling, networking, and face-to-face client meetings

.

Prepare and deliver impactful technical and commercial proposals.

Collaborate with the operations and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth service delivery.

Continuously track market trends, competitors, and customer requirements to identify opportunities for growth.

Achieve and exceed

sales targets, revenue goals, and business development KPIs

.

Requirements

Proven track record (5-7+ years) in

data center services sales

or

mission-critical infrastructure sales

.

Strong network and relationships with

consultants, contractors, and colocation providers

in the UAE/GCC.

Excellent technical understanding of

data center operations, standards, and maintenance practices

.

Aggressive, self-motivated, and target-driven personality with a

hunter mindset

.

Ability to spend maximum time on the field, engaging with potential clients.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Mandatory:

Valid UAE driving license.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
