We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled

Senior Sales Engineer

to drive new business growth, develop strong client relationships, and manage government tender-related sales. The ideal candidate will proactively identify opportunities, generate high-quality leads, and consistently achieve sales targets while providing expert technical support to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across government, private, and project sectors. Conduct market research to identify potential clients, upcoming projects, and industry trends. Build and strengthen a solid client network through regular field visits, cold calls, presentations, and follow-ups. Manage customer requirements by collecting drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications to ensure product compatibility. Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet assigned sales targets. Support customers by providing technical product guidance, demonstrations, and documentation when needed. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and service execution. Resolve issues related to stock availability, delivery delays, or technical discrepancies. Maintain accurate and organized records of sales activities, quotations, visits, and customer interactions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and prepare performance reports for management. Maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through consistent communication and service excellence.
