The Sales Coordinator - Credit Cards & Banking Products is responsible for managing end-to-end coordination of credit card and banking sales activities, ensuring smooth interaction between field sales teams, team leaders, operations, and partner banks. The role focuses on driving productivity, maintaining data accuracy, improving conversion ratios, and supporting management with actionable insights.
Roles & Responsibilities -Sales Operations & Coordination
Coordinate daily sales activities for credit cards and other banking products.
Monitor individual and team-wise performance against assigned targets.
Ensure proper follow-up on pending applications, documentation, and approvals.
Support team leaders in planning daily sales activities and manpower deployment.
Application & Process Management
Verify application completeness before submission to banks.
Track application status including approvals, declines, and discrepancies.
Coordinate with operations teams to resolve bank queries and pending cases.
Bank Relationship Management
Maintain strong working relationships with partner banks and channel managers.
Communicate bank policy updates, campaigns, and eligibility changes to sales teams.
Escalate operational or approval issues to relevant bank contacts.
MIS & Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Maintain accurate MIS on logins, approvals, activations, and payouts.
Share performance insights and corrective action plans with management.
Compliance & Quality Control
Ensure adherence to UAE banking compliance, KYC norms, and internal policies.
Conduct quality checks to minimize rejections and audit risks.
Report any mis-selling, data manipulation, or compliance breaches immediately.
Team Support & Discipline
Assist in onboarding and coordination of new sales staff.
Track attendance, punctuality, and reporting discipline of the sales team.
Act as a point of escalation for field-level operational challenges.
Process Improvement & Initiatives
Identify gaps in sales workflow and suggest process improvements.
Support rollout of new banking products, incentives, and campaigns.
