Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional, personalized service to Russian- and English-speaking clients Build and maintain long-term relationships with VIP and returning clients Achieve and exceed personal and boutique sales targets Maintain an in-depth understanding of Luna's brands, collections, and seasonal trends Support the team in visual merchandising and maintaining boutique standards Handle sales transactions and client follow-ups professionally
Requirements
Fluent Russian and English (verbal & written) -- essential Minimum 2+ years of experience in luxury retail sales (lingerie, swimwear, or fashion preferred) Strong clienteling skills Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Passionate about luxury brands, styling, and personalized client experiences Flexible, proactive, and results-driven personality
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
