Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidates must have prior experience in business setup and company formation in the UAE, with in-depth knowledge of free zone and mainland company registration processes.

We are hiring for two positions:

Russian- speakers Arabic-speakers
Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in understanding the different business setup options in the UAE, including free zone, mainland, and offshore. Provide expert advice on the legal structures, licensing, and government regulations for business incorporation. Guide clients through the entire company formation process, from consultation to trade license issuance. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals successfully. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient processing of business setup applications. Stay updated on UAE business laws, free zone regulations, and market trends. Achieve sales targets and revenue goals set by the management.
Requirements:

Fluent in Russian & English / Fluent in Arabic & English. Proven experience in business setup consulting or a related field. Strong understanding of UAE free zones, mainland business setup, and company formation procedures. Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. UAE experience in the business setup industry is a must. Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
