About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Closer to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Closer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of our innovative F&B SaaS product within the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of successfully closing deals, a deep understanding of the F&B sector, and a passion for technology solutions. What You\'ll Do:
Execute the final stages of the sales process, converting qualified leads into customers. Employ effective closing techniques to address customer concerns and secure commitments.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of our F&B SaaS product and its unique value propositions. Effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential clients.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the F&B industry. Engage with customers to understand their needs and tailor solutions to address specific pain points.
Contribute to the development and refinement of sales strategies to maximize effectiveness. Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and best practices.
Manage and prioritize a sales pipeline effectively. Utilize CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics. Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer needs and market demands.
Negotiate terms and conditions to create win-win situations for both the client and the company. Handle objections with professionalism and confidence.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, results, and challenges. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
What We Are Looking For:
Proven experience as a Sales Closer in the F&B or SaaS industry.
In-depth knowledge of the F&B sector and the challenges faced by businesses in the industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
