to support and oversee sales operations within our real estate development team. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end sales administration processes, ensure accurate documentation, and act as a key point of coordination between clients, the sales team, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the full sales administration cycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of all documents.
Prepare and review sales agreements, booking forms, reservation documents, offers, and client records.
Supervise and support junior sales administrators, ensuring workflow efficiency and adherence to company standards.
Manage CRM data, update client information, and track leads, sales progress, and pipeline status.
Coordinate with clients to arrange meetings, viewings, and follow-ups, ensuring excellent customer service.
Liaise with finance, marketing, operations, and legal teams to ensure smooth sales processes.
Monitor and track payment schedules, collections, and required documentation submissions.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, dashboards, and management summaries.
Ensure compliance with real estate regulations, company policies, and RERA standards.
Support sales events, project launches, and promotional activities as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
4-7 years of experience in sales administration, preferably within a real estate developer or brokerage firm.
Strong knowledge of real estate documentation, sales procedures, and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and MS Office Suite.
Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
