Job Description

Yas Projects LLC is currently seeking a Senior Safety Manager to join their dynamic construction team in Abu Dhabi. This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing safety protocols, compliance, and implementation of HSE policies across ongoing projects. The selected candidate must bring deep industry experience and a strong understanding of UAE safety regulations to ensure safe and efficient project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor company-wide safety programs and procedures.
• Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments on-site.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams to maintain compliance with UAE safety standards.
• Review project documentation to ensure safety requirements are fully integrated into design and construction phases.
• Coordinate and deliver safety training programs to enhance awareness among employees and subcontractors.
• Prepare and submit safety performance reports to management and clients.
• Act as the main point of contact for regulatory authorities and ensure compliance with local laws.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related discipline).
• Valid Safety Certifications (such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the UAE construction industry.
• Proven ability to lead safety initiatives on large-scale infrastructure or building projects.
• Must be currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
