Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement RPA process flows, content management and workflow application solutions.
• Manage and administer RPA Blue Prism Software.
• Creating automated workflows using Power Automates visual interface.
• Programming using the language needed for Blue Prism software (Java, C#, Python).
• Assists in evaluating multiple RPA technologies and helps in the selection process.
• Anticipate, identify, track, and resolve technical issues and risks affecting delivery.
• Provide technical solutions, effort estimation, and delivery strategy.
• Define the complexity of the process in terms of Robotic Process Automation delivery.

Skills

Must have

o 5+ years\' experience with RPA
o Proficiency in Blue Prism (minimum three years of experience)
o Experience with Power Automate
o Proficiency in testing and debugging automated workflows
o hands-on experience with a programming language such as Java, C#, Python
o Familiarity with the financial markets, related data and applications, providing a contextual understanding of the industry.
o Experience with CI / CD methodology and agile practices (quick iterations)
o Knowledge of Web Services and Services Oriented Architecture
o Understanding APIs, data formats (such as JSON and XML), and integration techniques (REST/SOAP)
o Demonstrated ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
o Ability to effectively interface with technical and nontechnical staff at all organizational levels
o Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and business direction
o Strong written and oral communication skills
o Degree in computer science, mathematics or statistics or other technical disciplines

Nice to have

o Blue Prism certifications, power automate certifications.
