Job Description

As the position holder for Food & Beverage at Emaar Entertainment, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic and operational aspects of food and beverage outlets within the organization. This role involves ensuring exceptional customer experiences, maximizing revenue, and maintaining high standards of service. The position holder will play a key role in driving the success and growth of the food and beverage division . PERFORMANCE DRIVEN CULTURE:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for the food and beverage division, aligning with overall organizational objectives. Identify opportunities for growth, expansion, and enhancement of F&B offerings.
  • Operational Oversight: Provide hands-on leadership and supervision to F&B outlets, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Monitor and evaluate operational performance, implementing improvements as needed.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure a consistently high level of customer service across all F&B outlets. Implement measures to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and overall experience.
  • Revenue Maximization: Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue and profitability for F&B outlets. Monitor financial performance, analyze sales data, and implement pricing strategies.
  • Menu Development and Innovation: Collaborate with chefs and culinary teams to develop innovative menus that align with market trends and customer preferences. Introduce new and exciting offerings to attract and retain customers.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain and enforce high-quality standards in food preparation, presentation, and service. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage F&B staff, ensuring a skilled and motivated team. Set performance expectations, conduct evaluations, and provide continuous training and development.
  • Vendor Relationships: Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and quality supply of ingredients and materials. Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize cost-effectiveness.
  • Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective promotional campaigns. Develop and implement marketing initiatives to drive footfall and increase brand visibility.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, health and safety standards, and licensing requirements. Keep abreast of industry trends and changes in regulations.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare regular financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for F&B operations. Analyze financial data to make informed decisions and recommendations.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
