ABOUT THE FUNCTION This function is to ensure exceptional Culinary Experiences in a highly empowered environment. Represent our brand, throughout the Guest journey, to deliver a flawless culinary experience. Ensure that each guest becomes a happy fan of our restaurants, by delighting them with consistent high quality food. WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED Minimum 10 - 15 yearsaEUR(TM) experience in Hospitality industry. Minimum 7 yearsaEUR(TM) in progressively more responsible F&B Production roles / similar experience in a 5-star hospitality industry. Minimum of Degree or Diploma in Culinary / Hotel and Tourism Management. Proven multi-disciplinary experience. Expert F&B Production knowledge. Completion of projects on time.
