MISSIONS:

As the Senior Road Works Design Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in leading and executing the design aspects of road networks associated with rail infrastructure projects. Your responsibilities will involve overseeing the planning, design, and implementation of road works, ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide a team of road works design professionals, providing technical expertise and mentorship.
• Oversee the conceptualization, planning, and execution of road networks integrated with railway systems.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including rail project managers, to ensure seamless integration of road design within overall project objectives.
• Ensure strict adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and local specifications throughout the road works design process.
• Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes for design deliverables.
• Introduce advanced design technologies and sustainable practices to enhance the efficiency and environmental sustainability of road networks.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in road works design processes and methodologies.

PROFILE:

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in relevant projects.
• Registration to the Society of Engineer
• Registration to Dubai Municipality
• Familiarity with local regulations, standards, and approvals processes.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant tools.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
