About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced

Senior Resident Engineer

to oversee and manage the execution of a G+7 building project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in UAE construction projects, strong technical knowledge, and proven leadership skills to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor all construction activities on-site for G+7 building projects. Ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, quality standards, and local regulations. Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare progress reports, inspection reports, and other documentation as required. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, safety, and progress. Resolve technical issues and provide guidance to the project team. Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements. Ensure strict adherence to project timelines and budget. Mentor and manage junior engineers and site staff.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. Minimum 15 years of experience as a Resident Engineer or similar role in UAE. Proven track record with G+7 or higher-rise building projects. Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, regulations, and construction standards. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.

Preferred:

PMP, RICS, or equivalent professional certification. Experience with high-end residential or commercial building projects.
