Key Responsibilities

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification.
• Minimum 20 years of engineering experience with at least 5 years in a senior resident engineer role.
• Strong background managing major developments for private-sector clients.
• Advanced understanding of construction methodologies, codes, and best practices.
• Proficiency in project management software and CAD tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Solid knowledge of contract administration and dispute resolution.
