Senior Resident Architect
Job Description
Knowledgeable in Design Phase from Inception to Tender Documents Submission.
Capable in adapting Value engineering , Documentations and Client and authorities approvals..
Experience in construction drawings , Material Submissions and Construction Methodology.
Attends onsite and off site testing & selection of materials and equipment.
Check on site compliance of works versus specifications and contract drawings.
- Review the sub-contractor's submittals and ensure it is compliance with concept design requirements and it is properly coordinated with other disciplines and Local Authority Requirements.
- Manages the monitoring and reports, shop drawings material submittals, program scheduling, inspection, field change issues, variations, and as built issues.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED13,000.00 - AED17,000.00 per month
