Job Description

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Senior Relationship Officers to join our Retail Banking Sales team. The role involves acquiring new customers, promoting credit cards and personal/auto loans, and achieving monthly sales targets. Candidates with prior experience in retail banking products will be given preference, though freshers with strong communication and sales skills are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell

credit cards, personal loans, and auto loans

to new and existing customers. Achieve assigned

monthly sales and portfolio targets

. Generate leads through cold calling, outdoor sales, and referrals. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Maintain compliance with company policies and UAE Central Bank guidelines. Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Experience in retail banking products (credit cards, personal loans, auto loans) preferred. Freshers available in the UAE with strong communication and sales skills are encouraged to apply. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets. Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
