Hiring: Senior Registered Nurse (DHA Licensed) - Pediatric Specialist
Location: Dubai, UAE
Clinic: A Reputable Neuro Clinic in Dubai
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Registered Nurse with a specialization in pediatric care to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a key player in providing exceptional nursing care to our young patients in a specialized neurological setting.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert nursing care to pediatric patients with neurological conditions.
• Perform advanced clinical procedures, with a strong emphasis on precise and gentle IV infusion and cannulation for children.
• Monitor patient vital signs, assess clinical status, and respond promptly to any changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Educate and support patients and their families, ensuring they understand care plans and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and detailed electronic medical records.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid DHA License/Evaluation Letter is mandatory.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of post-qualification nursing experience.
• Substantial UAE experience is a must.
• Proven Pediatric Nursing background; experience in a neurology, pediatrics, or ICU setting is highly advantageous.
• Excellent and demonstrated proficiency in IV infusion and cannulation skills.
• Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
• Immediate joiners will be given priority.

Working Hours & Schedule

• Monday to Friday: 8 hours per day
• Alternate Saturdays: Half-day

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: Starting from AED 8,000 per month (commensurate with experience).
• Benefits: As per the UAE Labour Law (including visa and medical insurance).
