Job Description

Our client, a leading FMCG company operating through a distributor model, is seeking a dynamic Senior Regional Finance Business Partner to drive commercial performance, financial insight, and strategic decision-making across key markets.
This is a hands-on role with no team to manage, yet high-level and strategic, partnering with the Regional MD.
Key Responsibilities

• Partner with commercial and operational teams to drive profitability and business growth across regional distributors.
• Consolidate financial reports and performance data from multiple distributor partners, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with group standards.
• Prepare and present consolidated management reports using Power Bi for submission to Headquarters in the US, providing clear insight and commentary on regional performance.
• Lead the budgeting, forecasting for the region
• Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with distributors and franchise partners, commercial heads, and senior leadership to align financial goals with business strategy.
• Support compliance with IFRS and internal controls, leveraging a strong technical grounding in accounting and audit.

Candidate Profile

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CPA) with initial training from a Top 4 accounting firm.
• Solid technical grounding in IFRS, external audits, and financial controls.
• Approximately 15 years' PQE, spent in a commercial finance or FP&A role in FMCG or retail.
• Advanced Excel user
• Experience consolidating and reporting financial data across multiple markets or distributors for regional or global HQ.
• Extroverted and influential communicator - enjoys networking, building relationships, and influencing key stakeholders.
• Proven ability to partner effectively with non-finance leaders and drive strategic decisions.
