We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Senior Refrigeration Technician

to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will be a technical expert in the installation, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of refrigeration systems with

Cold Room

, with a strong commitment to quality and safety. You will lead on-site projects, mentor junior technicians, and serve as a key technical resource for our team and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation and Commissioning:

Lead the installation and commissioning of various refrigeration systems, including cold rooms, chillers, and specialized industrial refrigeration units, ensuring all work complies with local regulations and international standards.

Maintenance and Repair:

Conduct advanced troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on complex refrigeration systems. Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and longevity.

Technical Expertise:

Provide expert technical support and guidance to junior technicians, helping to resolve complex issues and improve overall team efficiency.

Documentation and Reporting:

Accurately complete service reports, maintenance logs, and project documentation. Communicate clearly with clients regarding work performed and system status.

Safety and Compliance:

Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
Qualifications and Skills:

A minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience as a refrigeration technician, with a strong background in commercial and industrial systems. Proven expertise in advanced troubleshooting and repair of complex refrigeration circuits and control systems. A relevant vocational qualification or technical diploma in refrigeration, HVAC, or a related field. Excellent knowledge of refrigeration principles, refrigerants, and industry-specific tools and equipment. Strong leadership and mentoring skills. The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Valid UAE driving license and a good command of English.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
