The Opportunity

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in our growth -- driving new business, owning client relationships, and delivering world-class talent solutions across specialist sectors. What You'll Do

Own, build, and scale a specialist vertical (AI, Technology, FinTech, FS, Renewable Energy). Partner directly with senior decision-makers and C?suite leaders. Run full-cycle recruitment: headhunting, market mapping, interviewing, and presenting high-quality shortlists. Manage retained, exclusive, and contingent mandates with precision and excellence. Drive revenue growth while upholding the highest standards of delivery and professionalism.

Who We're Looking For

3+ years of recruitment experience (Dubai experience preferred). Proven success placing mid-senior to leadership-level talent. Commercially sharp, confident, and exceptional at building relationships. A natural hunter with strong business development instincts. Ambitious, driven, and ready to grow into future leadership or practice head roles.
