Ran by a British leadership team, Middle East Executive are currently looking to hire a Senior Recruitment Consultant and a Managing Consultant who would be interested in joining our motivated and friendly team as we look to grow our business. We seek exceptional individuals to help manage mid to senior level search projects across the GCC based from our beautiful Dubai office in Jumeriah Village Circle (JVC). Our current specialist teams are; Food & FMCG - Medical & Healthcare - Retail & Ecommerce - 3PL Logistics - Engineering & Manufacturing - IT & Technology. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, your focus will be; \xe2\x80\xa2 Headhunting talent in the region and from outside of the GCC. \xe2\x80\xa2 Research on industry verticals / Market mapping exercises \xe2\x80\xa2 Headhunting \xe2\x80\xa2 Networking events \xe2\x80\xa2 F2F interviews \xe2\x80\xa2 Building business relationships with current and potential clients \xe2\x80\xa2 Understanding client\'s recruitment requirements and offering solutions and support \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct meetings with clients by phone, email, and in person \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborating across the business to identify opportunities for internal progression and the development of your team \xe2\x80\xa2 Supervising junior consultants. \xe2\x80\xa2 Building your vertical commercially here in the region, developing existing accounts and bringing on new business.

Requirements
