The Role
Key responsibilities: . Identifying and developing relationships with candidates . Advertising and attracting candidates . Maintaining the database. . Assessing and responding to the needs of each assignment. . Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered. . Managing the candidate process . Offering CV, interview and general career advice.
Requirements
- A strong and proven track record in Recruitment with a minimum of 5 years' experience in UAE . Excellent time management and organisational skills. . A passionate desire to succeed and build a successful career which potentially leads into a management role. . A winning mentality. . The ability to overcome objection and be persistent.
