Position : Senior Real Estate Agents (Off Plan Specialist) Responsibilities : Create and implement efficient marketing plans to advertise properties and draw in new customers. Support customers during the entire sales process. Participating in and organizing open houses and other promotional activities Client consultations and property viewings Carry out market analysis and aid in property valuations Gain knowledge about real estate transactions, such as purchasing, selling, leasing, and investing. Requirements: Call center experience is preferable Effective interpersonal and communication abilities Positivity and an openness to learning The capacity to manage numerous tasks in a fast-paced atmosphere. Fluency in Arabic, Russian, or Chinese is a plus, but English fluency is required. A working vehicle and UAE driver\'s license is preferable but not mandatory.
