Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably with experience in heavy lift, pipelay, or marine construction projects
Strong knowledge of contracts, procurement, and cost control methodologies
Experience working in the Middle East region is highly desirable
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
