Requirements:
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in construction or engineering projects.
Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contracts, and procurement.
Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in QS software and MS Office.
Good understanding of construction methods and materials.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Professional certification (e.g., RICS, CIOB) is a plus.
