Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors.
Prepare reports and maintain proper documentation for project records.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

5-8 years of proven experience
as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of post-tender quantity surveying processes.
Familiarity with standard construction contracts and cost management practices.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
