Basic Duties & Responsibilities
To work with a developer in Ras Al Khaimah.
Major Responsibilities are:
Involve in procurement of Contractors, Sub-contractors, Consultants, Suppliers and others
Reviewing tender documents received from the Consultants
Tendering for Main Contractor, Consultants and other service providers
Follow up for the tender submission
Tendering provisional sum items
Evaluation of offers
Preparation of tender reports
Minimum Requirements
Experience in the UAE working with a Developer or Consultant
10+ years experience
Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
Has worked in Building projects in the UAE
Must be very good in Excel and other Microsoft programs
Proficient in CAD Software
Good Communication skills
Can work under pressure
Ability to handle multiple projects at once
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED17,000.00 - AED22,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
* Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
