Job Description

We are looking for 2 Senior Quantity Surveyors for full-time, on-site positions based in Ras Al Khaimah. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling post-contract commercial activities, ensuring cost efficiency and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities



Contract Administration Cost Control and Monitoring Valuation and Payment Certification Variation and Change Management Claims and Dispute Management Cost Reporting and Financial Statements Final Account Preparation Value Engineering

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field 10-15 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, preferably within a consultancy environment Minimum 8 years of UAE or GCC experience Proficiency in cost control and cost management Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills Ability to work on-site in Ras Al Khaimah Professional certification (e.g., RICS, MRICS, or equivalent QS qualification) is a plus
Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

* Senior Structural Engineer: 5 years (Required)
