Job Description

Senior Quantity Surveyor - Civil, Roads & Infrastructure


Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Requirements:



Minimum

5+ years of experience

in Quantity Surveying within

civil works, roads, and infrastructure projects

in Abu Dhabi/UAE. Strong knowledge of

contract management, variations, cost control, claims, and project estimation

. Familiarity with

Abu Dhabi Authority standards and procedures

. Bachelor's Degree in

Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying

or equivalent. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Must be available in UAE and

ready to join immediately

.

Responsibilities:



Prepare, review, and manage

BOQs, tender documents, cost estimates, and contracts

. Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare

progress payment applications

. Manage

subcontractor payments, variations, and claims

. Support project managers with

cost monitoring and reporting

. Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
