Role Overview: As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our projects throughout the Middle East. Your expertise will be key in managing the financial aspects of projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and utilising cutting:edge BIM technology to enhance efficiency and accuracy. What You Bring: * Experience: You come with a minimum of 8 years of Quantity Surveying experience, demonstrating a deep understanding of cost management, procurement, and contracts. * BIM Proficiency: With at least 5 years of hands:on experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM), youre adept at leveraging digital tools to enhance project outcomes. * Global Perspective: Hailing from the UK or Europe, youre eager to bring your expertise to the Middle East, immersing yourself in our vibrant culture and contributing your unique insights to our international projects. * Leadership: Your extensive experience positions you to mentor junior team members, foster collaboration, and lead the charge in delivering excellence.
