Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates, tender packages, and procurement strategies.
Manage contracts and subcontracts, ensuring timely payments and variation control.
Conduct regular cost/value reconciliation and financial forecasting.
Lead change management and variation negotiation processes.
Support junior QS staff and collaborate closely with project managers and site teams.
Prepare and agree final accounts with clients and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with company policies, contract terms, and industry standards.
Requirements:
Essential:
Minimum 6-8 years' experience in Quantity Surveying, with at least 3 years in interior fit-out.
Strong knowledge of JCT contracts and commercial construction processes.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and commercial software.
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or related field.
