is seeking a highly skilled and professional

Quantity Surveyor (MEP)

to join our project team. We are looking for a dedicated commercial professional with extensive site experience and a proven track record in managing MEP-specific project costs.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for the commercial management of MEP services on-site, ensuring projects are delivered within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Perform detailed cost analysis, estimations, and budgeting for MEP services. Conduct regular site measurements and verify work progress for interim payment applications. Manage subcontractor accounts, including detailed evaluation and certification of works. Prepare, negotiate, and finalize variation orders and claims. Identify and mitigate commercial risks throughout the project lifecycle. Liaise with project managers and clients to ensure all commercial activities align with contractual obligations.

Requirements

Experience:

A minimum of

8 years

of professional experience specifically as a Quantity Surveyor for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing).

Site Expertise:

Extensive experience working directly on-site is essential.

Availability:

Candidates must be available for

immediate joining

Skills:

Strong analytical and negotiation skills, proficiency in QS software, and a comprehensive understanding of MEP systems and current market rates.
