We are seeking an experienced
Senior Quantity Surveyor (Civil)
to join ourcontracting company
in Dubai. The role involves managing cost control, contract administration, and commercial aspects of civil construction projects.Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
Minimum5-7 years of experience
, withUAE project experience
required Strong background incivil works (Buildings & Villas)
Expertise incost estimation, budgeting, BOQs, variations, and claims
Experience withFIDIC contracts
and contract administration Proficient in MS Excel and quantity surveying software Strong analytical, negotiation, and reporting skills-Arabic (advantage)
