Key Responsibilities
Prepare
BOQs, cost estimates, and budgets
for swimming pool & landscaping works Managecost control
throughout project lifecycle Handlevariations, claims, and final accounts
Prepare and certifyinterim payment applications
Evaluatesubcontractor quotations and payments
Coordinate withproject managers, consultants, and clients
Ensure compliance withUAE standards, contracts, and specifications
Monitor project cash flow and cost forecastsRequirements
Bachelor's degree in
Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering
Minimum5 years UAE experience
inswimming pool & landscaping projects
Strong knowledge of: Swimming pool construction (RCC, waterproofing, MEP coordination) Landscaping works (hardscape, softscape, irrigation, water features) Experience withFIDIC contracts
Proficient inAutoCAD, Excel, and cost control tools
Strong negotiation and reporting skillsJob Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
