. The QS will be responsible for cost estimation, contract administration, and project financial management to ensure efficient execution of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare
BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
, cost estimates, and material take-offs.
Evaluate
tender documents
, contracts, and variations.
Conduct cost analysis and provide recommendations to optimize project budgets.
Prepare and review
contract documents, claims, and progress payments
.
Liaise with
contractors, suppliers, and clients
for cost-related matters.
Ensure compliance with
local regulations and industry standards
.
Monitor
project costs, budgets, and cash flow
to prevent overruns.
Assist in value engineering and cost control strategies.
Prepare reports on project expenditure and financial progress.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Quantity Surveying
.
Minimum 8 years of experience
in quantity surveying in a
building construction company
.
Strong knowledge of
FIDIC contracts, cost estimation, and procurement
.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD, MS Excel, and cost management software
.
Excellent
analytical, negotiation, and communication
skills.
Experience working on projects in
Dubai/UAE
with knowledge of local regulations.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: AED8,500.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
