to join our contracting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all cost-related aspects of civil construction projects -- from initial estimation and tendering to final accounts and project closure -- ensuring value for money and cost efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and tender documents.
Conduct cost analysis, risk assessments, and value engineering.
Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare cost comparisons.
Review project drawings and specifications for accurate take-offs.
Monitor project costs, variations, and budget control.
Prepare interim valuations, progress claims, and final accounts.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients for commercial and contractual matters.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, contracts, and project timelines.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
Minimum
7-10 years
of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a
civil contracting company
(UAE/GCC experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of construction methods, cost control, and contract administration.
Proficient in MS Office and QS-related software (AutoCAD, CostX, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
