Job Description
Pioneer Engineering Consultancy is pleased to announce exciting new career opportunities to join our team in the United Arab Emirates.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and validate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documentation for infrastructure and building works. Monitor project budgets, track variations, and provide cost control reports throughout the project lifecycle. Evaluate contractor claims, change orders, and progress payment applications. Assist in contract administration, procurement, and negotiation of commercial terms. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment between cost, scope, and schedule.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management. Minimum 20 years of experience in cost estimation and contract management for major construction/infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of standard methods of measurement (CESMM, POMI, etc.) and FIDIC contract conditions. Proficiency in cost management and estimating software (e.g., CostX, Candy, Excel). MRICS or equivalent professional certification preferred.
