Position Overview:

We are seeking a

Senior Quantity Surveyor

with at least

5 years of proven experience

in luxury interior fit-out projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost planning, budgeting, procurement, and financial control across high-end projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports. Lead tendering processes, contract negotiations, and procurement. Evaluate subcontractor quotations, variations, and claims. Ensure accurate measurement and valuation of works. Provide regular cost updates and financial advice to management and clients. Work closely with project managers, designers, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline. Minimum

5 years' experience

in luxury interior fit-out projects. Strong knowledge of contracts, procurement, and cost control. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Office and QS-related software. Based in or willing to relocate to

Milan, Italy

. Fluency in English; Italian language skills will be an advantage.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
