Prepare, review, and manage budgets, cost estimates, and bills of quantities (BOQ) for high-rise building projects.
Evaluate and negotiate contractor and subcontractor claims and variations.
Perform cost control and value engineering throughout the project lifecycle.
Review and verify interim payment applications and final accounts.
Provide contractual advice and support to the project management and technical teams.
Participate in tender evaluations, contract negotiations, and procurement strategy planning.
Monitor project progress and prepare cost reports, forecasts, and cash flow statements.
Ensure adherence to contractual terms, conditions, and industry regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum
10+ years of experience
in quantity surveying, with
strong exposure to high-rise building projects.
Consultancy background is
mandatory.
Excellent knowledge of contract administration, FIDIC conditions, and cost management principles.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in cost management software such as CCS, Candy, or similar is preferred.
Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g., MRICS) is an advantage.
